Prefer an exchange?
If you would rather swap for something else, exchanges are available on request. Just mention it when you get in touch.
Once your refund is issued
After your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before it shows up.
