When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes another 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days in total. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order is handed to our delivery partner.
My order has not arrived yet, what now?
Start with the tracking link in your shipping email. If more than 9 business days have passed and it still has not arrived, email info@acevanta.com and we will look into it right away.
